Each message negotiates an MCP session, runs tools/list and tools/call, and closes it when done. With Kimi enabled the model discovers and picks the tools; without an AI provider, a deterministic router crosses that same boundary. In both cases history stays isolated per account and the answer cites the tools that ran, so the assistant cannot state a fact no tool returned.

How I built it
The answer cites the tools that ran, so a fact none of them returned has nothing to stand on. History stays isolated per account and the context reaching the model is bounded by the same read port: Kimi orchestrates the conversation but is not the authority on what the collection holds.
